My first Body for Life challenge started
on 5 April 2004 and finished on 27 June 2004. I had no idea just how
much this challenge would change me - and I don't just mean physically.
Challenge # 2 started on 28 June and
finished on 19 September! After almost 6 months of living the Body for Life style, I'm
very happy with the results I've achieved. I plan to continue living this
way and expect to see even more improvement over the next few months.
